The actual service was fine, but I called and made an appt two weeks ago in the morning just because I didn't want to have to wait, I specifically asked the lady how long it would take and she said about an hour. So I showed up on Monday at 9:25am my appt was at 9:30am and the person who cked me in was nice and said they are running a little behind because they are short staffed ok fine im guessing tops an hour and half. I had groceries in the back of my vehicle and thought it should still be fine. But no after two hours of sitting there, I decided to go and ask how much longer. I didn't pull out of there until 12:15pm thats not a little behind! I would have reschedule for a different time if I would have know it was this long! It would have been nice if they were honest, but instead I didn't even get an apology for taking this long! Wow!

The low score comes from making an appointment nearly two weeks out, showing up before 8a to process the vehicle, arriving to pick up the vehicle at 5p and waiting until nearly 6p for the work to be completed. I was not promised a pick-up time, so maybe I have no complaint. Thanks.

After not having the issue with the power steering warning resolved years ago and having to live with clearing the warning every time I drove the truck I trusted a friends opinion to take it to the heavy truck center and have it looked at again. So far the issue seems to be fixed at about a tenth of the cost that was quoted to me by the same dealership years ago.

The oil change went well. I just feel maybe people thought I was going to not pay my bill or something. While no one was rude per say I did not feel my business was welcome. Examples when I picked up my car I went into the door that I entered when I dropped off my car. Apparently I was to go to cashier and not use this door. Did not see any signs directing me otherwise and it was not a problem when i last had my car serviced. I told the staff I would be back between 430 and 5. When I arrived I noted my car was not in the bay. As I went in the wrong door the staff were aware I arrived. However my car could not be brought up until my debit card went through. Made me feel like dirt. I also noted my bill was higher than expected and the staff had called my husband to ask about replacing the filters. At the dealership in Kearney the cashier would let me know that they had called my husband and the bill is more due to the authorized repair. Was kind of met with cold stare when i asked but was given the information I sought. When I went to the place in kearney they always brought my car to the exit as I was paying and asked if they could do more. They also always placed a paper on the floor mat to assure no potential shop messes would get on the floor. At this time I am not sure if I will return as I said the job they did was not in question but the customer service was not up to par. Overall I am down grading because of customer interactions. I would have gladly given 10 or more if people were a little more welcoming.

I was a little disappointed, for a full service and inspection, the tire pressure which was at 30Psi, was completely ignored, so I filled them myself when I got back home from my appointment. My fear is, if they ignored something as simple as that, what else did they glaze over?

This was the first time I had my vehicle serviced after purchasing it from your location. Price was fair and service advisor was friendly. Hour and a half wait for an oil change and tire rotation. The following day my TPMS light came on. It did not get reset after they rotated the tires. Makes me wonder what else got overlooked. Garrett Tires had me back on the road in 2 minutes.

I took my truck in on a Thursday morning at 8 am and they never called me with an update. I called Friday afternoon, Monday morning, and twice and Tuesday and left voicemails each time because I couldn't get ahold of anyone from the service department. When I did finally get ahold of someone he was unapologetic and quoted me an absurd price and that the parts wouldn't even arrive for 2 weeks, so they would take 3-4 weeks to finish the repairs. The next place I took it to would do the same repairs 1-2 weeks faster for half of the price. Overall a terrible experience, their service department has really gone downhill. I will not be using them again.

Even though I didn't have an appointment, I was acknowledged almost immediately when I arrived. My problem was diagnosed after a few minutes, and the repair was started. Even though it took a little longer than estimated, the repair was less than estimated. I was on my way in less than an hour.

Overall my experience was fine. I'm not really for sure why you done away with the cashiers and have the service advisors being the cashiers as well. I had to wait between 10 and 15 minutes for one to get done and be able to take care of me. If there was an actual cashier I could have been in and out of there within a few minutes. I have been a customer of this dealership for many years and this was my first experience with the new ownership and it was not really that great. Really need to get the cashiers back again.

I liked the experience when we bought our pickup and have been please with everything, but it takes forever to get service done. Sitting in the waiting room now , almost 3 hours to have a spark plug replaced. At least that’s what we thought it was when we arrived.
